What the Future Holds for Me, Hopefully.
I am looking to broaden my diving locations over the next few years. I still haven’t dived the Red Sea, so somewhere like Marsa Alam would be my preference. Also on my list are Truk Lagoon, where the Japanese fleet were caught napping by the Yanks, Galapagos Islands the live volcanic islands, Norway in the winter for some real cold water diving and then some ice diving somewhere.
I do quite a few Trimix each year taking video and/or stills, there doesn’t seem to be too much media around from those depths and it might create some interest in what I do. The biggest problem is that my video housing is only rated to 100m and my stills is rated 60m.
It would be nice to meet a female diver to enjoy the experiences with, but knowing my luck I will either remain single, or totally fall for someone who hates diving!
If I could begin to even make anywhere near a living from diving then I would be tempted, I wouldn’t want to teach or skipper a boat full time but maybe a combination of both as well as selling a few stories and do some more writing. I’ve got an idea for a book, I might give it a try.

I agree with you both. Diving and earning a living from it (not instructing!) would be bliss, oh well back to selling cars!
